Pauline has acted as ER Grove’s highly competent Payroll Manager for a number of years.

She is responsible for the smooth and successful running of the company’s established and growing computerised payroll facility. In addition to filing online for payroll clients she also offers this facility for clients operating their own payroll.

An expert in her field, Pauline possesses extensive knowledge of all areas of payroll including Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP) and Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP).
